Enable Wi-Fi calling for perfect cell service

It’s a fact of life: You have better cell service outside your house than inside it. Which is a shame, since it’d be awfully nice to have, and pay for, only one phone number (your cellphone’s) instead of two (your landline’s as well).
But most modern iPhones and Androids harbor a handy little secret: They can carry your calls by Wi-Fi. In other words, your home’s Wi-Fi hotspot acts as a big ol’ indoor cell tower just for you.
On the iPhone, you turn on this feature in Settings to Phone > Wi-Fi Calling.
On Android, of course, the steps (and the feature itself) depend on which phone model you have and which version of Android it has. But in general, you should find it in Settings > Wireless & network > More (or More Settings, or Advanced Settings).
On either kind of phone, you’re now looking at the Wi-Fi Calling switch. Turn it on.
And that’s it! Now, whenever your phone is home, it can make Verizon, AT&T, Sprint or T-Mobile calls with incredible clarity and perfect signal. When you leave the Wi-Fi, it seamlessly switches over to the cellular network.
You’re welcome!

Why we should drink much water?

Water is the substance of life
We must constantly be adding fresh water to the body in order to keep it properly hydrated
Life cannot exist without Water
1. The body is comprised of 80% water. There is not a more important thing we put in our body. This ratio must be maintained for good health.
2. It is difficult for the body to get water from any other source other than water itself.
Soft drinks and alcohol steal tremendous amounts of water from the body. However, even other beverages such as coffee, milk and juice require water from the body to be properly digested.
3. Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function.
4. Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorption and chemical reactions.
5. Water is essential for proper circulation in the body, and flexibility of the blood vessels.
6. Water helps remove toxins (acidic waste) from the body, in particular from the digestive tract.
7. Water regulates your body’s temperature; imagine a car running water in the radiator.
8. Consistent failure to drink enough water can lead to Chronic Cellular Dehydration.
This condition where the body’s cells do not get hydrated enough leaving them in a weakened state, and vulnerable to disease processes. This could be likened to “brittleness and fragile”. It weakens the body’s overall immune system and leads to chemical, nutritional and pH imbalances.
9. Dehydration can occur at any time of year, not only during the summer months when it is hot. The dryness that occurs during winter can dehydrate the body quicker than when it is hot, one of the main causes being central heating and a dry atmosphere in the home. The other being not drinking enough water. Many diseases such as cholera are primarily through dehydration.
General Rule: You should drink half your weight in ounces of water every day to provide your body with its MINIMUM water replacement requirements as long as you are reasonably fit.
Otherwise start by sipping the water and gradually build up.

How much water should you drink?

The recommended amount of water to be drunk per day varies from person to person, depending on factors such as how active they are and how much they sweat. There is no universally agreed upon amount of water that must be consumed daily, but there is a general level of consensus as to what a healthy amount is. According to the Institute of Medicine (IOM), an adequate intake for men is approximately 13 cups (3 liters) a day. For women, an adequate intake is around 9 cups (2.2 liters).

Many people will have heard the phrase, "drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day," which works out at around 1.9 liters and is close to the IOM's recommendation for women. Drinking "8 by 8" is an easy-to-remember amount that can put people on the right track regarding water consumption. Remember, all non-alcoholic fluid counts towards this recommendation.

Water also helps dissolve minerals and nutrients so that they are more accessible to the body, as well as helping transport waste products out of the body. It is these two functions that make water so vital to the kidneys.

How to Flirt With a Pretty Girl

You've just met a really pretty girl, so you want to do the right things when flirting with her. Or maybe you've been watching someone for a while and you want to get confident about approaching her. Try some of these guidelines to feel confident when you step up to flirt with a pretty girl. After you get a little bit of practice you'll be a pro and girls will love you for it!
1                1. Start off by smiling at her. Then, pick your strategy.

If you don't know her, start off by asking her name. Pay her a compliment. "That shirt is a great color on you" or "I couldn't help noticing the way that necklace really brings out your eyes."Set up a conversation starter without talking to her. For instance, if she's wearing a shirt with the logo of a great band on it, and you have some of that band's music on your audio device, then put your earbuds on and slightly turn the iPod screen toward her so that she can see what's playing. Who knows--she might actually start a conversation with you.

1   2. Make the first move whilst ensuring you're confident of success

girls want guys to make the first move, so think of a great question to ask her. Even if you don't feel confident at first, you'll definitely get more comfortable when she responds to you. Again, if you know her, then ask her something that encourages her to talk. "What did you do this weekend?" or "How did you do on that project?" are both easy openers.
If you're feeling really confident, be more direct. You can say something like, "I was looking for the stars last night, but I couldn't find them, because they are in your eyes." Or you could say, "I must be a snowflake because I've fallen for you."
Openers are all about delivery. If you're going with a casual opening question, then deliver it with confidence and look like you're really interested in what she has to say. If you're going with the direct approach, then deliver it boldly. Give her a big smile and make good eye contact, and laugh a little bit if she does.

3. Watch how she's reacted to you so far

If she seems interested in you, she'll turn her body toward you, make good eye contact and smile back at you. If she's not interested, she'll turn away or look over her shoulder at you, and she might roll her eyes or look down her nose at you.
Girls can be complicated! If she likes you back and doesn't want to admit it, or is too shy she may look down, giggle, not answer your questions (or say things like, "it's up to you"), or blushes (a dead giveaway). Also, she could be playing hard-to-get, and in that case, try to say things that might open her up.
Keep flirting with her if all signs point to "yes." Show her that you're interested, too. Lean slightly toward her, turn toward her and maybe tilt your head slightly to one side. Give her a disarming smile.

4. Talk about her interests

Encourage the girl to talk. Ask questions, wait until she answers them and then make comments to show that you were listening.
Learn what she likes and encourage her to discuss the subjects that she feels passionate about.
Avoid interrupting her while she's talking. Constant interruption is a major turnoff because it makes you look like you only care about yourself.
Start a flirtatious argument with her. For instance, if she loves the Yankees and you love the Red Sox, then you can tease her about the rivalry. You'll both love to banter back and forth. However, never start a serious argument with her with anything serious such as politics or religion, that's a big "no."

1    5. Use appropriate humor

Most girls agree that a good sense of humor is attractive. Humor can also relieve awkwardness. If you say something that doesn't go over well, follow it up with something funny and turn it into a joke.
If you open with a line like "I must be a snowflake because I've fallen for you," and she looks at you like you just popped out of a UFO, try saying, "I'm sorry. You're so beautiful that I forgot my good line and had to go to my backup." She might find that funny and start flirting back with you.
Teasing a girl can be a good way to put her at ease and keep things interesting. Just don't joke about something that may be a sensitive issue. If she strongly cares about the environment, for example, and you say something about not believing in climate change, then she's going to reject you. And never, ever joke about her weight.
Find something that you both think is hilarious. Turn it into an inside joke, so when you want to talk to her, you have something to say no matter what, and she thinks that something is funny.

1    6.  Take it to the next level

If the conversation is going really well, then you can do a couple of things:
Ask for her phone number. The next morning, shoot her a quick text saying, "Just wanted to say good morning. I've been thinking about how much I loved our conversation." If she responds positively, then call her within a couple of days.
Invite her out on a date. If she mentions something that she would like to do, like checking out a movie or a new club, then say, "I've been wanting to do that too. Want to go together?"
Make it a little more physical. Ask her to dance and see how close she gets to you. If you're feeling it, and it looks like she expects it, brush your lips against hers.

1    7. Be yourself when you're trying to flirt4

Even if your act does impress her momentarily, you'll lose her trust and interest when she figures out you've been trying to fool her. Girls can smell a liar, so you're better off being who you are from the beginning. Do not attempt extreme images such as:
·        Macho man
·        Super-smooth and fly
·        Cool dude
·        Comedian
·        Pick-up artist

How to make your crush fall in your love in chat

Online chatting can be a fun pastime once you learn how to flirt with girls. Although it may be easier than chatting in real life, it does require certain netiquette. Using certain expressions can tell the girl that you are enjoying her company and that you would like to get to know her better. You can practice flirting skills to help you build up more confidence both online and offline. So go ahead and find a girl online in places such as role-playing games, online games and chat rooms. Your new flirting skills may help you find the girl of your dreams.

Greet her with a fun opening line.
Some choices include “hey girl,” “hey stranger” or just “hi there.” Use an exclamation mark after your opening. If you have chatted with her before and are excited to see her, use more exclamation marks after your opening line as these indicate that you are happy she is online.

Laugh when she says -- writes -- something funny. Say “u r so funny”,
“hehe” and “haha.” Keep in mind that using “hehe” is considered more flirtatious

Flirt with emoticons. Use a smiley face : ) or wink ; ) or stick out your
tongue : p after a sentence. Other popular emoticons include the heart <3 and the grin :D or you can use a smirk :S or kiss :* at the end of your conversation when you want her to know you have feelings for her. Although emoticons are fun to use, don’t use too many because they can come across as somewhat immature.

Show her that you think she is special by giving her a nickname such as
“honey,” “sweetie,” or “cutie."

Give her a specific compliment on something that you like about her.
For example, if she makes you laugh, let her know you love her sense of humor.

Take an interest in her life.
Ask her questions about the things that she enjoys. Ask about her hobbies, movies, books and favorite songs or bands.

Best ways to comfort your girlfriend when she get angry

You might have faced the condition when nothing works to make your displeased GF happy. Despite the fact that girls are more sensitive and sympathetic, their anger sometimes leads to the end of a relationship.“What are the ways to make your GF happy when she is angry?” is one of the most asked questions on websites like quora.Although, we can’t guarantee the solution but these ways to make your GF happy will surely work for you. The best ways to make your GF happy can be picked up from these mentioned points.
1. Keep Aside Your Ego And Talk To Her

One of the major problems in relationships is “Ego“. People always want to keep their Ego and attitude at the top thinking that it will decide their predominance in future.
but what you will do with it when you will be losing everything? When you will make the effort to talk to your girlfriend and make her happy,
she’ll involuntarily put in her effort at making you happier in love if she truly loves you back.
Talking on the issue is the golden approach of solving every problem in the world and talking to your partner after a fight is the easiest way to let her feel nice.

2. Apologise Her For Your Mistake

We have been taught since our childhood that saying “sorry” is the best practice to show your confession. Also, it doesn’t prove that you were at fault but shows your values and respect towards the person.
You might need to give her some time, Even after you say you ‘re sorry, but it works. It can be considered as one of the best ways to make your GF happy.

3. Your Touch

For a girl, a few hugs and sweet kisses feel just as special as a Queen. Your touch can make her feel happy if she is in love with you. As mentioned above, Girls are sensitive and delicate,
your touch can make them forget the things for the moment and you can behave according to her mood after that.

4. Behave Normally

Your unusual behaviour can make the condition worst. When she is angry, your core duty is to control yourself from going on the same track. Make her feel like you’re completely attentive to her needs, and don’t hold yourself back from behaving in a silly manner.
This can make her feel awkward while you are normal and she is not and chances are that she will be normal too. You can follow step3 after this.

Why you should getting up early in the morning

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” — Ben Franklin
“Put no trust in the benefits to accrue from early rising, as set forth by the infatuated Franklin …” — Mark Twain
Recently, reader Rob asked me about my habit of waking at 4:30 a.m. each day, and asked me to write about the health benefits of rising early, which I thought was an excellent question.
Unfortunately, there are none, that I know of. However, there are a ton of other great benefits. Now, let me first say that if you are a night owl, and that works for you, I think that’s great. There’s no reason to change, especially if you’re happy with it. But for me, switching from being a night owl to an early riser (and yes, it is possible) has been a godsend. It has helped me in so many ways that I’d never go back. Here are just a few:
1. GREET THE DAY
I love being able to get up, and greet a wonderful new day. I suggest creating a morning ritual that includes saying thanks for your blessings. I’m inspired by the Dalai Lama, who said, “Everyday, think as you wake up, ‘today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as I can.'”
2. GREET THE DAY
I used to start my day by jumping out of bed, late as usual, and rushing to get myself and the kids ready, and rushing to drop them to school and come in to work late. I would walk into work, looking rumpled and barely awake, grumpy and behind everyone else. Not a great start to your day.
Now, I have a renewing morning ritual, I’ve gotten so much done before 8 a.m., my kids are early and so am I, and by the time everyone else gets in to work, I’ve already gotten a head start. There is no better way to start off your day than to wake early, in my experience.
3. QUIETUDE
No kids yelling, no babies crying, no soccer balls, no cars, no television noise. The early morning hours are so peaceful, so quiet. It’s my favorite time of day. I truly enjoy that time of peace, that time to myself, when I can think, when I can read, when I can breathe.
4. SUNRISE
People who wake late miss one of the greatest feats of nature, repeated in full stereovision each and every day — the rise of the sun. I love how the day slowly gets brighter, when the midnight blue turns to lighter blue, when the brilliant colors start to seep into the sky, when nature is painted in incredible colors.
I like doing my early morning run during this time, and I look up at the sky as I run and say to the world, “What a glorious day!” Really. I really do that. Corny, I know.
5. BREAKFAST
Rise early and you actually have time for breakfast. I’m told it’s one of the most important meals of the day. Without breakfast, your body is running on fumes until you are so hungry at lunchtime that you eat whatever unhealthy thing you can find — the fattier and sugarier, the betterier.
But eat breakfast, and you are sated until later. Plus, eating breakfast while reading my book and drinking my coffee in the quiet of the morning is eminently more enjoyable than scarfing something down on the way to work, or at your desk.
6. PRODUCTIVITY
Mornings, for me at least, are the most productive time of day. I like to do some writing in the morning, when there are no distractions, before I check my email or blog stats.
I get so much more done by starting on my work in the morning. Then, when evening rolls around, I have no work that I need to do, and I can spend it with family.
7. EXCERCISE
There are other times to exercise besides the early morning, of course, but I’ve found that while exercising right after work is also very enjoyable, it’s also liable to be canceled because of other things that come up. Morning exercise is virtually never canceled.
